The Oregonian series was an absurd hatchet job. Find one person who was hurt or killed out of the millions of person-hours of ATV use in the state and then extrapolate from that. It's the same method they use for everything: if it bleeds, it leads. Find the biggest sob story you can, and make that the poster child.

The real issue is that the nanny state is becoming ever more invasive. Our idiot far-left socialist Senator wants Universal Health Care, and is already proposing to 'rebate' people based on their healthy lifestyles.
